The key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of calories for how active you are so you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use. Including food rich in fiber, protein in right proportion will give us healthy and fit body.

v). Drink plenty of fluids, water is a healthy and cheap choice for quenching your thirst at any time. It has no calories and contains no sugars that can damage teeth.
