Monday Diet Plan

Monday is the first Working day of the week so We are preparing breakfast first then prepare Lunch. I am eating foods three time in day. Breakfast – My Breakfast – Poha, Curd, Drink 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute of Breakfast. My Lunch – Arhar Dal, 3 Chapati, Salad ( Onion, Cucumber, Lemon), Rice My Dinner – 4 Chapati, Potato Juice Foods and Salad ( Cucumber, Lemon, PASTINESS SATIVA (Muli))

Tuesday Diet Plan

My Tuesday Diet Plan  Breakfast – My Breakfast – A Glass of Milk, Bread My Lunch: 4 Chapati, Curry, Salad My Dinner : 4 Chapati , Ridge Gourd ( Tori) 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute

Wednesday Diet Plan

My Wednesday Diet Plan  My Breakfast – A butter milk lussi and buscuits  My Lunch: 4 Chapati, Pumpkin food, Salad and Eat Some Season Fruits like Mango, Orange, Grapes, Apple etc.  My Dinner : 4 Chapati , Mong Dal 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute.

Thursday Diet Plan

My Thursday  Diet Plan  My Breakfast – A Tea and  Bread  My Lunch: 4 Chapati, Karela and Any Dal (Pulse), Salad My Dinner : 4 Chapati , Nutrala Foods ( Soyabin Subji) 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute.

Friday Diet Plan

My Friday Diet Plan  My Breakfast – A Tea and  Bread  My Lunch: 4 Chapati, Karela and Any Dal (Pulse), Salad My Dinner : 4 Chapati , Nutrala Foods ( Soyabin Subji) 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute.

Saturday Diet Plan

My Saturday Diet Plan  My Breakfast – A Suji Halwa and Some Snakes  My Lunch: 4 Chapati, Cheese (Paneer) and Rice , Salad My Dinner : 4 Chapati , Cabbage 1 Glass Water after 30 Minute.

Saturday Diet Plan

Suday is special Day because it is not working day so we are doing some Hard Work and Exercise in the morning and then we take our Breakfast Boild Beans, Chana and after 30 Minutes we take Poha and Halwa and Lunch : Take healthy Shahi Paneer, 4 Chapati and Salad etc. Dinner – 4 Chapati with Any Dal Eat some Fruits and Drink Milk

We are adding Fruited Add our Daily Lunch and Dinnner
