How to Make Sahi Paneer Method :

Keep almonds soak 1 hour in hot water for 1 hour. Add 1/4 cup water to the onion and put it on medium flame. Cover and cook till the onions are soft. Take out the peel of almond and add 1/4 cup water to the grinder and make a fine paste. Take out the almonds and put the paste on the onion with water and make a paste. Take the curd well in a vessel and take a good breath.

Add ghee to a pan and heat it. When the ghee is heated, add cumin seeds, cinnamon leaf, javitri, cardamom, lentil sugar, cloves and roasted. After frying, add onion paste and stir. Mix ginger garlic paste. Now roast this paste until it lubricates slightly from the edge. So keep gravy white, so do not gold.

Now mix almond paste together. Roasted on low flame for 2 minutes continuously. Now add 1 long chopped green chilli, black pepper powder, coriander powder and fry for 1 minute on low flame. Now run 2 tablespoons yogurt and keep it till you get well. Add curd to the rest. Mix 1 cup of prepared gravy and add salt according to taste. Cook 4-5 minutes on low flame. Mix cheese and cook for 2 minutes. Mix cream and 1/2 teaspoon rose water together.
